Spanish Cooking Class-Tapas!

July 27 6 pm to 8:30 pm $35 per person Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque, in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center and Pop Fizz, again celebrates its monthly Spanish cooking class.  In July, attendees will have the opportunity to taste a variety of delicious tapas, thanks to our Spanish chef Chari Arellano. Peruvian Cooking Class: Ceviche!

6 pm If you are wondering how to prepare Peruvian food, come join us and learn from our Peruvian chef as Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque, in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center and Pop Fizz, hosts a Peruvian cooking class. Spanish Cooking Class: Fall Recipes

6 pm to 8 pm The purpose of Instituto Cervantes’ Spanish Cooking Classes is to learn to cook typical dishes from Spain. Join us in preparing these tasty and delicious recipes to surprise your family and friends.
