Spanish Cooking Class: Fall Recipes

6 pm to 8 pm

The purpose of Instituto Cervantes’ Spanish Cooking Classes is to learn to cook typical dishes from Spain. Join us in preparing these tasty and delicious recipes to surprise your family and friends. During the class, participants can learn Spanish as well, as it is taught in Spanish and translated into English.

Are you ready to take your cooking skills to the next level? Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center presents a new Spanish cuisine cooking class. Come and join us next October 27th, 6:00pm at the Grand Hall (NHCC) and learn with us how to cook tasty and delicious recipes to surprise your friends, family and partners.

The menu is as follows:
APPETIZER: Sopa Castellana (Castilian Soup)
MAIN ENTRÉE: Caldereta de cordero (Lamb stew)
DESSERT: Macedonia (Fruit Salad)
DRINK: One glass of wine provided per person; extra wine may be purchased from Pop Fizz
