The NHCC is committed to making a cultural home for the diverse identities that shape the community.

From the NHCC

The National Hispanic Cultural Center is seeking proposals from prospective food vendors to lease commercial kitchen and restaurant spaces within the NHCC Campus. Please click here for the official Food Vendor Solicitation dated 1/9/23 for background information, details on the spaces, proposal requirements, and timeline. Please contact Alberto Cuessy, Deputy Director, if you have any questions.

The NHCC Library is now open!

Regular Library hours are 10 am to 3 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The NHCC Archives can be made available by appointment. Please email, carson.morris@state.nm.us, to schedule time in the NHCC Archives.

The NHCC Visual Arts Museum is open Tuesdays—Sundays from 10 am–4 pm.

Please continue to join us for guided tours of the Mundos de Mestizaje fresco in our Torreón and performances in the Performing Arts building.

Admission tickets to the Visual Art Museum, Mundos de Mestizaje: Torreón Tours and performances in the Roy E. Disney Center for Performing Arts are available for purchase online. A limited number of timed tickets will be available each day to the Visual Arts Museum and the Torreón Tours. Guests may choose a time and date when they purchase tickets online. Plan ahead and get your tickets below.

Performing Arts

Spanning three stages, the NHCC's Performing Arts Program brings international, national and local artists to perform everything from contemporary to traditional music, dance and theatre. Visit PA.

Visual Arts

The NHCC's Visual Arts Program collects, preserves, researches, exhibits and interprets Hispanic works of art from New Mexico and throughout the world, including through an 11,000 square-foot Art Museum. Visit VA.

History & Literary Arts

The NHCC's History and Literary Arts Program documents, preserves and makes accessible Hispanic history, cultural traditions and literature through its library, genealogy center, archives, exhibitions, lectures and book-readings. Visit HLA.

Education

Providing motivating and meaningful educational opportunities and experiences for all ages, the NHCC Education Program's events range across all of the disciplines found at the NHCC - visual arts, music, culinary arts, theatre, dance, literary arts, history, and film - and go further into the sciences and wellness, all through the lens of Hispanic cultures. Learn more.
