5:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Welcome, Native Land Acknowledgement and Keynote Speaker Round 1
5:30 pm – 6:00 pm: Second Keynote Speaker and transition to Student Panel
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Student Panel
7:00 pm – 7:30 pm: Repeat of Keynote 1 and 2; Closing

Please join Bernalillo County, The City of Albuquerque, Albuquerque Public Schools, NM Department of Health, and the DEA in a groundbreaking collaborative event, the first annual Substance Prevention Resources and Empowerment Expo (SPREE).

Free community event

SPREE will be alive with:
– a live DJ
– FREE FOOD from local food trucks
– Hidden in Plain Sight Mobile Education Experience and Impaired Driving Cart Obstacle Course from NM National Guard.
– FREE Souvenir Event Bag and RAFFLE for prizes
– Extra credit for APS students who attend
– Indoor and outdoor resource tables with information and materials on substance
prevention, intervention/treatment and healthy alternatives to use.
– Student panel
– Keynote speakers and Interactive Workshops on current drug trends, social media
safety and how to talk to your child about substances.
– Narcan training and FREE distribution
