Natural architectures, still-lifes, spaces of green lights and absolute browns. Filmmaker Lucía Vilela explores the texture of the cut wood, the tiles on the roofs of the houses, the tops of the trees that follow the cadence of the drums of Mociños de Igrexafeita (1971), a popular song that favors an atmosphere of rhythms sheltered by the texture of the celluloid. Among the materials deposited in its warehouses were 260 rolls of 16 mm photo negatives. They were the leftovers of the editing, footage that was left out of the final version.
