Position: Customer Service Representative-Advanced

Hours: Part-Time, must be able to work weekends

Salary: midpoint $15.05/hr.

Why does this job exist?

This position exists to provide admissions, ticket sales, and customer service in the NHCC Art Museum, NM Mutual Welcome Center and Performing Arts Box Office as well as other programmatic events at the NHCC. To accommodate ticket sales and admissions and the business needs of the NHCC during normal operating days and hours. The Performing Arts Box Office and NM Mutual Welcome Center must be staffed with a minimum of two people during regular operating hours, the Box Office must be staffed with a minimum of three people during events and performances due to the volume of guests and inquires.

What does this job do?

This position will be responsible for selling admissions and ticket sales to the NHCC Art Museum, NM Mutual Welcome Center, and Performing Arts Box Office. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and answering questions about the NHCC.
