Summer Salsa for Seniors

1:30-3:30 pm  Looking for a way to beat the heat? Join us at the Center every Wednesday in June for four weeks of salsa and tango lessons. This new series is part of the NHCC’s Siempre Creativo program, which provides a free multidisciplinary arts program for seniors. Free Community Event, generously supported by AARP New Mexico. New Mexico Latino Music All-Stars

On Point Dance Studio: PIXAR Paradise

1:30 to 3:30 pm New Mexico Folk Dance for Seniors will feature four weeks of traditional New Mexican folk dance lessons, including the traditional La Marcha dance, taught by instructor Lucy Salazar. Classes run for four consecutive Wednesdays in October and November, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. On the day of the final class, live music will be provided by La Rondalla for a fun-filled dance fiesta!
