A NATO mission dives to a crevice 15,000 meters deep where an experiment seems to have caused strange mutations in the creatures that inhabit it and where a submarine has been lost, which the latter seeks to rescue. The Dannekin rift will bring more than surprises to this group, which ignores the true nature of their expedition.
