This British-American film is based on Seth Grahame-Smith’s 2009 novel of the same name, parodying Jane Austin’s 1813 novel Pride and Prejudice. In 19th century England, the five Bennet sisters, all trained in weaponry and martial arts, must cope with the pressures to marry while protecting themselves from a growing population of zombies. Elizabeth Bennet and wealthy zombie killer Mr. Darcy fall in love, despite their class differences, while battling the undead uprising.
